PR & Legal Affairs Position to join in 10th of Ramadan in Sharqia (Egypt). 

The PR & Legal Affairs Officer will play a crucial role in managing the company's public relations strategy and ensuring compliance with legal standards. This position requires an individual who can effectively navigate the interconnected realms of communications and legal requirements, promoting the company's values while safeguarding its interests.

 **Key Responsibilities:**-Providing legal opinions and advice regarding the local and international legal matters. submitting the required documents at The General Authority for Investment- Dealing with the governmental agencies (Ministry of Justice - Ministry of Investment – Ministry of Interior -Tax Authority - SCZONE).- Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts and other legal documents.- Renewing the company licenses and approvals such as and not limit the approvals of civil defense, the licenses of managers of T.F.V & candy , the operations licenses of T.F.V & candy, commercial I.D , TAX card- Check and review the relevant new issued laws and decisions of Egypt, corresponding to governmental authorities such as and not limit environmental authority, GAFI, SCZONE, etc**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Law.-Experience 2 - 4 years- Proven experience in PR, communications, or legal affairs, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the aptitude to think strategically and make informed decisions.
