Requirements : Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in Odoo development.2+ years of experience in project management or a related role.Certification in Odoo or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Technical Skills:Intermediate-level experience with Odoo development and customization.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.Understanding of Odoo framework, architecture, and modules.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Project Management Skills:Proven experience in managing software development projects.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
