- Track and report key functional purchasing metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers including quality, adherence to time, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to collect their requirements.
- Evaluate and qualify new suppliers based on their capabilities and adherence to industry standards, build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers,
and ensure a reliable supply of requested material. - Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance, addressing any issues, and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Monitor and analyze commodity prices, and recommend adjustments to purchasing strategies as needed
- Implement inventory management practices to maintain adequate stock levels.
job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.- Maximum 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Manufacturing / Automotive background is preferred.- CPIM or APICS certification preferred.- Excellent Communication & Communication Skills.- Strong Analytical and problem-solving techniques.
