Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

• Provide comprehensive support across all technical levels of packet Data services and Mobile internet network, ensuring proper handling of individual and global complaints.
• Take ownership of actions to enhance network quality, availability, and measurement, including the development and implementation of enhancement projects.
• Review technology roadmaps and incident trends to inform decision-making and ensure highest network resilience.
• Troubleshoot critical network situations, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate planned packet core and mobile network activities to ensure fault-free operation and providing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions.
• Participate in acceptance testing of new nodes, system upgrades, and expansions, while following Change Management and Service Management processes.
• Interface and communicate with vendors to track and follow up on escalated problems.

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

• minimum 4 years of experience in packet core , within a mobile operating company.
• Background in mobile network technology .

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in electronic/telecommunications engineering.
• Basic understanding of protocols and products in mobile networks: GSM, 3G,4G,5G.
• Hands On Experience in different vendors equipment / platforms packet core domain (Cisco,Ericsson,Huawei,SGSN/MME/GGSN/SPGW/DNS/DPI]…..)
• CCNA certification and/or equivalent certification in Juniper.
• Good Knowledge in Virtualization and cloud infrastructure (OpenStack, VMWare, ..) .
• Knowledge of different programming and automation languages (C++, Python...)
