Senior Client Relationship Account Manager

  • Committed to enhancing the presence of foreign, Egyptian and joint venture investments in the ICT sector in Egypt besides working on broadening existing investors’ scope and eliminating any obstacles that would hinder investors’ expansion or market penetration.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities entail coordination, communication, MOU implementation, control and completion of specific projects ensure consistency with ITIDA’s strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • The Account Relationship Manager should conduct planning activities to assure proper project deliverables in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • MOU Review & Implementation 
  • Review agreements signed with investors against clients’ business plans. Report any inconsistency along with recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide logistical support & consultancy to investors by furnishing information related to rules and regulations, legislative environment in Egypt, documentation needed for establishment of new subsidiaries ...etc
  • Explain FDIs reporting system to investors. Review investors’ annual plan and agree on a timeline for implementation.
  • Periodical Review Meetings, MOU Monitoring & Reporting Activities:

Conduct periodical meetings with the aim to:

  • Regularly inform investors on ITIDA’s programs and initiatives and encourage them to actively participate in them.
  • Encourage investors to report any challenges/complaints to allow for better service design based on investors’ feedback.
  • Giving presentations to clients about products or services offered by ITIDA
  • Business Expansion and MOU Renewal:
  • Identify potential opportunities for business expansion & growth related to the accounts in hand.
  • Suggest activities to overcome any challenges that might hinder such expansion and bridge the gap between investors requirements and supply.
  • Budget Preparation & Monitoring Activities:
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budget related to financial incentives offered to investors.
  • Implement incentive packages according to ITIDA BOD’s decree, MOU terms & conditions and related budget.

Bachelor's degree in any related field.Fluent EnglishMinimum of 5-8 years of experience in Project and Account ManagementBasic knowledge of ICT Industry.Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent knowledge of MS officeClient-focused solutions experience.Project management skills.Talent for influencing client management.Strong listening and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.Presentation skills.
