The Head of Retail Sales will be responsible for managing showrooms and ensure consistent and unique customer experience through out all our retail operations.
- Manage all showroom sales teams and monitor each showroom's performance on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Keep relevant updated information about the market, competition, product specifications, and financing options.
- Ensure stock control is running per demand and market requirements to avoid scarcity of inventory/stock.
- Develop and motivate the sales force to reach specified targets continuously alongside ensuring high customer satisfaction, and positive customer relations.
- Maintain the shape and order of all showrooms to guarantee that they all provide a consistent and replicable customer experience journey.
- Work cross-functionally with the finance department to set appropriate budgets for all showroom locations and sales activities.
- Create sales forecasts for each different showroom, and monitor the progress towards attaining the planned objectives.
- Analyze CRM data, customer experience, and sales subordinates' performance to develop strategic sales plans for each specific customer segment and territory.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies for senior management.
- Report insightful information regarding consumer behavior, actions, and segments in addition to identifying potential showroom locations with high consumer traffic.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university, extra degrees would be a plus.12+ years of experience in Automotive Retail Sales including at least 3 years in a leadership positionStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication, negotiation and coaching skillsEnglish Proficiency
