Sales Support Specialist- Spanish Speaker _VOIS

Role Responsibility:

Responsible for Vodafone Global Enterprise operational reporting and analysis. He/she will Work closely with VGE Sales VGE Business Units managers in providing administrative support to the sales representatives / account managers and channel partners, thus enabling them to spend more time with their customers. Performing standard, routine administrative tasks.
The successful candidate must have advanced analytical and modelling skills, be able to work to a high degree of accuracy, with a proven track record of driving and supporting significant commercial outcomes and must be a competent communicator to stakeholders at all levels. 
 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

In the field of Salesforce:
•    Understand the Opco Processes that are required to contract, deliver, and support the VGE Spain portfolio of products and services that we sell and support into the VGE Spain Base of accounts. 
•    Support in growing Fixed revenues for existing and new VGE customers in Southern Europe through enabling field sales to spend more time with their customers by taking off administration elements of quotation and governance burden from their shoulders.
•    Produce Fixed & Mobile analysis and proposals in line with commercial best practice.
•    Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to Sales to facilitate decision making.
•    Working closely with Sales to provide inputs into the global design of new processes and tools with the aim to optimize the Sales efficiency.
•    Create and consolidate Finance templates, create competitive analysis profiles, customer pricing templates.
•    Work closely with service and account managers to provide them with customized reporting requirements, as well as providing improvement recommendations in order to support them in the decision-making process.
•    Maintain, enhance & develop for VGE operational & financial reporting and analysis. 
•    Support the VGE commercial teams in Pricing, Bids, RFPs.
•    Conduct sales performance analysis and forecasts.
•    Provide adequate insights to enable Decision support.
 

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

•    C1 Spanish is a must.  
•    Fluent in English, IELTS 7
•    University degree in quantitative subject and postgraduate business qualification or minimum 2 years’ experience in an operational or customer support environment
•    Excellent command of computer use (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, word, Power Bi, and Power Platforms).
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-national, multi-region team management, and proven ability to function within matrix organizations.
•    Strong collaboration and experience working in a team environment.
•    Have 2-3 years of experience in reporting/data analytics.
•    Highly motivated self-starter who can drive changes with high levels of professionalism, mobility, energy, and initiative.
•    have advanced analytical and data interpretation Skills, Stakeholders Management and being objective focused.
•    Proactive, flexible and ability to work under pressure in a high-growth, high-uncertainty environments.
•    Good problem solving and analytical skills.
•    Experience in complex change management and operating in a matrix, fast moving environment. 
•    Ability to approach technical/operational challenges from a business perspective.
•    Excellent presentation skills.

•    Excellent analytical skills – able to analyse information & articulate results to stakeholders within short timeframes.
•    Good understanding of Vodafone Global Enterprise and their competitive position in the global market.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Relevant business qualification
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish Languages
•    Salesforce experience
•    Advanced/Excellent level in MS Excel
•    Advanced PPT skills are required.
•    Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Support background
