- Drive financial leadership of the company’s planning, budgeting and analysis processes
- In conjunction with the FD, coordinates, reviews and endorses budget proposals.
- Develop short/long term plan along a multi-functional team across different functions through the FD guidance and in accordance to the objectives & goals
- Assists Marketing/Sales in establishing and maintaining product pricing policies.
- Monitor actual results vs. Plan/forecast through gap analysis and recommendation to remain on track and/or develop stretch plans.
- Develop & deploy monthly performance review structure with the different functions
- Develop Cost/Capital investment analysis and recommend optimum solutions
- Keep up-to date risks & opportunities profile
- Maintain short/long term capital requirements with monthly tracking & reporting of actuals vs. Plan.
- Financial statements consolidation and profitability reporting for Egypt.
- Run Sales/Margin analysis identifying issues, recommending actions and measuring outcomes.
Bachelor degree in accounting & business administration7-10 years’ experience in Planning and Commercial accounting in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industryStrong command of English & Arabic is a mustAdequate ownership & accountability to deliver the company’s bottom line targetsResults oriented and acts with a sense of urgency, determination and clear end result in mindBeing able to turn new ideas into effective executable plans and follow through till the conclusion of the planAnalysis & Business Problem Solving - Penetrate internal & external business situation and processes in order to provide an objective point of view, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate alternatives & drive improvements in financial performance.Information Systems – develop & operate effective & efficient financial systems to provide information that meets Finance & Management needs.
