- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the powder coating production team.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure production targets are met.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to achieve high performance levels.
- Coordinate with planning team to plan and organize production schedules.
- Ensure the production process is carried out efficiently, meeting quality standards.
- Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Address and resolve any production issues affecting quality with the quality department.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for preventive maintenance activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor usage and minimize waste of materials.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in powder coating technology.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management on production performance and metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Chemist.5 plus years of experience, painting or coating experience is a big plus, Production is a must.Good command of English written and verbal communication skills is a MUSTProficiency in MS Office.Strong leadership abilities.Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to make decisions under pressure.Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
