Sales Operations Manager

 

1. Generate the following reports:

• Leads performance - all sales employees

• Inventory management

• Project analysis

• Financial forecasting by Client payments

• Contract status and increasing efficiency (reducing time between contract creation & Contract Delivery)

• Unit prices management and PLA's management

2. Increase Efficiency by doing the following

• Reducing requests by the sales by providing the most updated info on a continuous basis, this includes:

• Automated updates of unit prices

• Automated Unit availability (Can be viewed by the sales in the Payment Plan, will also provide a separate sheet with analytics (number of units in specific range))

• Automated broker unit availability (only available units that is exported as PDF)

• Automated Payment plan (for the sales, including prices, discounts, and info)

3. Comparing and manage all sources and ensure similarity (KK-"Res & Cont Sheet", Yard, YM Sheet, Annex 4 sheet
4. Manage units inventory
5. Blocking and planning of unit availability (unit types, views, bedrooms)
6. New Leads distribution
7. CIL’s Management
8. Contract creation & process
9. Contract & brokers archiving

Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar roleStrong understanding of the sales process to support the sales teamAnalytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales processExperience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reportingRelevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
