Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee social media channels, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.

SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, and analyze competitors’ strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate marketing investments and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and high ROI.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience:Proven working experience in digital marketing. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience is often required.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.Creative Skills:Creative thinker with an ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
