Senior HR Specialist \ HR Manager

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
  • Administer for health and life insurance programs
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Monitor market salaries policies 
  • Develop and Implement required training and development plans
  • Develop and Implement required employee loyalty programs 
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Minimum 8 Years of experience as HR specialistFor Managers, at least 3 years experience as HR Manager in information technology companyAt Least last 3 years working in information technology company.Diploma of HR from reputable firm is a mustVery good experiance in recrotment process and cycle specially for information technology. Very good experience in talent managementVery good experience in personnelVery good experience in employee loyalty programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skills
