Telesales Manager

Grinta is currently seeking a candidate for a Telesales Manager position, you will lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to drive sales and achieve targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training, and mentoring the team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Set clear performance goals and sales targets for the team.Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.Train new hires on telesales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the team.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 year of experience in a telesales Manager role and one year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a telesales team.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business model and industry regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
