Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales and  Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing agency operations.

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Utilize solid B2B sales experience to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively use CRM software and account management systems to manage client interactions and data efficiently.
  • Understand and utilize sales performance metrics to assess client needs and opportunities for growth.
  • Address client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, focusing on maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective account strategies to meet client needs and enhance overall business objectives.
  • implement upselling, handle deals with the leads
     

Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an sales and Account Manager or Key Account Manager in marketing agency- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.- Experience thriving in a target-driven environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach.- Previous experience in a marketing agency is preferable.
