We are seeking an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition specialist Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation process
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
- Maintain accurate candidate data trackers.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to create engaging job postings and attractive employer branding materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFrom 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.Professional Microsoft office userFluent in English.Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boardsIn-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, and interview evaluation methodsExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Self -Motivated and initiative individual.Strong organizational skills and time management skills ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
