Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Manager to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in Recruitment activities (Sourcing & Interviewing) in the Software/IT industry.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques, including competency-based interviewing (CBI).Experience in hiring in different ERP software tracks (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) is a great plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.High level of professionalism and integrity.Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
