Rekrut is hiring for one of our clients an experienced Ticketing Agent.Issue and confirm flight ensuring all customer information is correct.Assist customers in making and modifying reservations, including seating preferences and special requests.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related advice.Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures.Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork percompany policiesQualifications and previous experiences:Any Bachelors DegreeSpecial Focus: Aviation/ticketing/ AmadeusBooking and quoting airfare tickets Using Amadeus GDS.With min 2 years of experience in the same fieldwork conditions:Full-time Office job from 9 - 5:30Location Downtown, CairoIndustry: Travel and Tourism
