Software Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, including pipeline management and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex environments
  • Attention to Detail and System Usage: Proven discipline and attention to detail with the usage of sales management and recording systems, as well as efficient expectation setting and follow-up practices.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or a similar role.Strong knowledge of software products, preferably in areas such as turn-key enterprise solutions.Experience with Digital Transformation total solutions is an edge.Experience with Sports Management software solutions is an edge.Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
