1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus. 2. Proven experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or supply chain management in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts distribution. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and implement solutions. 5. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools. 6.
