Job Description:
As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our medical laboratory services to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant institutions in Egypt. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community, educating them about our services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Laboratory Services: Effectively promote our medical laboratory services, including diagnostic tests, screenings, and other relevant offerings, to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to increase awareness and adoption of our services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Customer Education: Provide educational materials to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our services and their benefits to patients.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective territory management, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related disciplines.Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the healthcare industry and medical laboratory. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Good understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications .
