As part of the Management team, your decisions and suggestions will be strategic. The business will move forward thanks to how well you managed to synchronize your team goals and activities with other departments.What you'll do: Participates in setting preventive and predictive periodic plans and maintenance programs for all factory tools and supervising their execution Analyses the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable solutions and supervising corrective action to decrease the probability of those failure Coordinates the technical specifications for spare parts needed to be purchased and their alternativesMonitors pre-maintenance preparation and coordinating with the warehouse for quick providing of spare parts Follows up inspection reports and supervising the performance of workers in repairing failures and make a root cause analysis for them. Estimates the budget, following up the expanses and achieving cost reductions Develops profile of all information for each tool Commits technical rules Delivers daily maintenance requests to the technicians Sets maintenance works assigned to production department Working on cost reduction of the product through maintenance activities Recommends the organizing spare parts warehouse Improves workers performance through appropriate trainings Evaluates technicians’ performance and identifying development opportunitiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical) major.
