Job description: Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional landscape designs that meet their requirements.Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit BIM software.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and within budget.Manage project budgets and schedules.Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure project success.Handling the clients introductions at the beginning of a job, answering questions, responding to client requests, making reasonable changes to the plan, and providing a walk-through at the job’s completion.Coordinate with other related engineering disciplines Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP & Infrastructure to ensure project requirements are met. Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor' degree in architecture engineering with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in landscape design.Experience working with multinational design consultants.Proficiency in Revit BIM.Strong design and technical skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
