Job Purpose:

Providing customers support through answering their inquires via various methods of contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through answering inquiries via Voice calls, E-mails, and live Web Chat to ensure customer satisfaction with services.
  • Manage billing inquiries through use of various internal systems to meet client objectives.
  • Document customer interactions using internal systems to assist them in future inquiries.
  • Ensure customer contact is adhering to professional and business structure to maintain brand quality.

Applicants Requirements:Medical background is a must.Fluent in French.Experience in Contact Centers is preferable.Very good written and spoken EnglishExcellent communication skillsStrong time management skillsBasic Computer skills
