Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project.
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project.
- Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan.
- Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed.
- Create cash flow forecasts for each project.
- Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient execution for the project
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance - usually Earned Value Method (EMV) is used for this) at various stages of the project to analyze deviations.
- Create Project Closing Reports with continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering.4-6 Years working in a consultancy firm.10 Years of Experience as planning Engineer or/and site Engineer (2010- 2013 Graduates).Experience with 3D modelling software.
