Assist in implementing SAP S/4HANA extensions in the SD area and IS-Oil TSW Extensions. Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, offering suitable system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document requirements. Identify design gaps, issues, and provide effective workarounds. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed. Support users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Participate in and manage new projects related to SAP SD and IS Oil. Work self-directed and independently, potentially serving as a subject matter mentor to junior team members. Additional Skills And Abilities Organized and structured approach to work. Results oriented with a proactive attitude, demonstrating adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Comprehensive understanding of end to end business processes in SAP. Knowledge of ABAP programming or debugging skills is advantageous. Prior experience with S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable. Experience with IS-Oil is a plus. Operational familiarity with SAP MM is benefecial. Ability to thrive under demanding deadlines. Education, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering, Business, or economics. Relevant MSc degree is advantageous. Certification in SAP SD is a plus. Proficiency in English language is essential.
