Main task is Order fulfillment process.
This role is responsible for all aspects of order processing involving coordinating the entire process of receiving, tracking, and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring that ordered goods arrive on time and accurately.
They handle tasks such as confirming orders, managing email communications and order tracking.
They must also work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
