This job vacancy is EFADA Technology resident engineer at Vodafone EG smart village.
- Manage and support the Data Center Infrastructure including (Storage, Servers, OS, and Backup System)
- Manage technology providers technical teams, to build and deliver assigned projects
- Manage All Upgrades, Security Patches, and Fixes for the whole Data Center Infrastructure (Storage, Servers, OS, and Backup System)
- Upgrade and configure system software for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Ensure that all server hardware, operating systems, software, and procedures are aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plans.
- Maintain the backup Schedule to ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
- Troubleshoot issues with applications or systems.
- Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
Max age 33 years old - 35 if he is expert in all vacancy responsibilitiesA minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in the information technology sector.GSM/Telco knowledge is a plus.Excellent knowledge about vSphere, VCenter, VROPS is mandatory.Excellent knowledge about Redhat Linux, windoes server is mandatory.Excellent knowledge about iDRAC is mandatory.Excellent knowledge about operations management enterprise is a plus.Familiar with SAN storage, backup solutions specially: Dell Technologies.Familiar with Hyper-converged data centers.Familiar with cloud computing.Knowledge with NSX, VCloud director, VSAN is a plus.
