The CNG Conversion and Projects Engineer has a high and critical responsibility to maintain all CNG projects and vehicles conversion activities with the following main tasks.

• Apply & implement the Anti-corruption, Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Programs.
• Implement the required process of due diligence within area of responsibilities.
• Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
• Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
• Full implementation of National Regulations, TOTAL HSEQ Regulations & Policies.
• Responsible for monitoring the conversion equipment stock level and preparing the required equipment with adequate time to ensure business sustainability.
• Follow up with the suppliers the warranty statues of defected parts.
• Responsible for handling the daily conversion operations to achieve the annual conversion rate target set.
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining TotalEnergies's conversion customers satisfaction through completing the conversion process without any problems.
• Adhere with the approved spending of CNG conversion Capex and Opex.
• Follow up the process of money collection from different conversion centers and ensure deposits are made at regular intervals for cash customers.
• Follow up with administrative personnel on the money collection process from credit customers.
• Review and solve customers’ complain through customer service or through any channel.
• Develop monthly progress reports for the CNG conversion and projects manager and CNG manager regarding CNG conversion activities.
• Establish, train, and manage a high caliber of supervisors, technicians, and admins equipped with strong technical knowledge and HSEQ standards of CNG conversion activities.
• Lead the technicians in converting vehicles, troubleshooting, repairing converted vehicles and perform the entire required upgrade or modification.
• Follow up converted vehicles warranty and maintenance.
• Ensure that converted vehicles are converted as per the standards.
• Monitor, evaluate and coach team in a purpose of their development and Total development through applying KPI’s and reports.
• Establish the conversion centers according to TotalEnergies Egypt standards.
• Ensure that the international standards are implemented during the conversion process.
• Perform at least 12 drills per year.
• Perform at least 12 audits to all conversion centers and warehouse.
• Help in studying the new CNG projects’ potentiality.
• Prepare the layouts drawing as per the Egyptian regulations.  
• Prepare the BOM required for the new projects.
• Communicate with NG suppliers with the required NG Line specs and get a quotation from them.
• Carry over the commissioning, start up and put new stations in service.
• Implements all HSEQ mandatory upgrades and closes all gaps.
• Follow up projects progress and develop periodic progress reports for the CNG conversion and projects manager.
• Provides timely accurate Capex cost estimation for projects.
• Conducts audits of Contractors to ensure that their HSEQ Management System follows TOTAL standard.
