- provide line management and leadership to the mechanical design team & facilitate efficient and effective cross discipline collaboration.
- Encourage and enable the team for delivery of work products considering cost, quality, and timing.
- Perform design reviews of the mechanical team output and manage the engineering releases.
- Ensure requirements, specifications, standards, and legislation are available to the design team and manage non-conformance. Perform mechanical design including concept development, detailed design, and creation of manufacturing and assembly drawings using Solid Works.
- Assist in the development of design concepts and ideas generation for new solutions while focusing on Cost, performance and reliability.
- Working on the design of one or more development projects.
- Preparing for Prototyping, testing and implementation of specific mechanical functions.
- Creates 3D CAD designs and 2D drawings for parts and assemblies.
- Develop design documentation, technical specifications, and other project-related documentation such as assembly instruction and fabrication drawings, test procedures, etc. necessary for product implementation.
- Create detailed BOM material and route on the ERP system
Bachelor Degree in Design and production or Mechanical EngineeringGood knowledge of manufacturing technologies, and forming of sheet metal.Experience from 9 to 12 Year in Sheetmetal industrial SolidWorks / Autocad software.Knowledge with prototyping techniques is a plus.Awareness with +/- tolerance analysis.Applying to stress analysis simulation.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility and creativity.Good command (writing and speaking) English language.Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
