Continuous Improvement Lead--Tanta Plant

Key Accountabilities: Leading & managing the Manufacturing Excellence & Continuous improvement full agenda inside the plant through driving mindset change in the organization for the following main ManEx pillars and identifying the areas of opportunities/causes of issues and underperformance in each pillar to develop action plan accordingly and identify strategies to improve: Performance Management: * Target Setting, Reporting, Tools • KPIs being defined for all performance areas inside the plant • Target exists for all KPIs and cascaded to all plant levels • Shop floor visualization includes current performance, trends, targets, comments for deviations • Data collection from lines is effective, accurate and automated to the extend possible • KBIs are being reported from standardized and approved tools in addition to standard reports are adapted to the needs of the site • Reports and analyzes the performance indicators (KPIs) after Manufacturing Excellence solution implementation adding transparency. * Effective Dialogue in place • Standard performance meetings are defined at each level (shiftily, daily/ weekly/monthly), including specific agenda and participants • There is an efficient process for review and follow-up on actions defined in previous meetings in place • All leaders are trained on how to execute these meetings. • There is regular evaluation of these meetings together with a coaching system for team leaders in place. * Improvement Memo System • Improvement memos system in place to gather frontline input, feedback process incorporated. • Database in place for effective tracking, follow up and execution of IM • There is an effective recognition and/or rewarding system in place • Partners with Plant managers to provide best identification of improvement needs ahead of time • Establishes relationships with cross-plants / regions and group team to identify improvement methods and opportunities to increase performance, to share best practices and to promote their integration. Maintenance: • 5S implementation as per CCH Manufacturing Excellence solutions standard • There is an efficient process for both Preventive Maintenance & Autonomous Maintenance as per CCH Manufacturing Excellence solutions standard Structured Problem Solving: • There is a clear Problem Solving governance process in the plant incorporating RAP, which addresses: Problem Solving generation, execution , follow up.• Facilitators and operators are trained and participate on Problem Solving sessions. Quick Changeovers:• There is a clear CIP&CO time reduction governance process in the plant as per CCH Manufacturing Excellence solutions standard Industry 4.0 & Digital Transformation:• Leading the digital transformation journey that simplifies the way work is done through several projects like Connected Worker, Line monitoring system, Energy Monitoring system, others..People & Capabilities for the Future: • There is a clear ODP process in place as per CCH Manufacturing Excellence solutions standard, covering all plants and all operators are part of ODP. There is clear communication in the shop floor and operators know about ODP process • Drives technical trainings, as well as trainings at the workplace and practical training sessions for operators and foremen according to the identified needs. • Understands and adapts to future people needs taking into consideration talent plans, and provides the functional component in their development plans. • Delivers the onboarding training of the new employees within all plant departments. • Works with functional managers and department managers to build effective
