• Setting tactical objectives for warehouse management which goes with the company's objectives and business plans, supervising the timetable for achieving them, and following up on their implementation
• Supervising the implementation of the inventory management system by ensuring safety and industrial elements
• Supervising inventory movement and periodic inventory to ensure system efficiency and inventory safety
• Coordinating with the purchasing, planning and the financial department to report the occurrence of any shortage or shortfall in the procurement inflow
• Establishing the system for the warehouse, including receiving procedures, extracting and updating the item card for each stored material, coding, arranging, storage methods, delivery methods to ensure speedy inventory turnover and the provision of various raw materials
• Following up on storekeepers to issue a statement of item deficiencies in accordance with the deficiencies report on the minimum and maximum inventory limits in accordance with the procedures approved by the warehouse manager
• Experience in stock control, inventory control, and operations management • 10 years of Warehouses experience preferably in the same industry (Steel Fabrication and Galvanization)from 3 to 5 years as a Manager • Good Command of English language • Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks • Effective communication and leadership skills • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field Note: Relevant experience and skills in steel fabrication and galvanization will be highly beneficial.
