Role Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for leading the analysis and evaluation
of our business processes, market operations, and user requirements. Your insights will
guide strategic decisions, product development, and market expansion strategies. With
a strong foundation in B2B marketplaces, cross-border trade, and agritech, you will play
a pivotal role in shaping our digital platform to serve global agricultural markets
effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
challenges within the B2B marketplace, cross-border trade, and agritech sectors.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather
requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for technology
solutions.
 Lead the assessment of business processes, proposing improvements and
innovations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user satisfaction.
 Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customer journeys, user
personas, and market segments to inform product development and
customization.
 Work closely with the product development team to prioritize features, plan
releases, and ensure alignment with business goals and market needs.
 Analyze data from a variety of sources to inform strategic decision-making,
including product features, pricing strategies, and market entry.
 Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management, providing
actionable insights and recommendations.
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of the latest trends
and technologies in the B2B marketplace, cross-border trade, and agritech.
 


Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance,or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within B2Bmarketplaces, cross-border trade, or agritech industries. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows, witha track record of delivering actionable insights. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience with dataanalytics tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage andinfluence stakeholders across various levels. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead projects fromconception to implementation. Deep understanding of the digital product development lifecycle and agilemethodologies.
