Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!#IWorkForAllForGood Purpose of the role: Support HR Operations by planning, organizing, and ‎implementing administrative systems that maintain a safe & secure work environment, ensure ‎that facilities meet environmental, health, & security standards, comply with government ‎regulation and meet the needs of the organization.Main Accountabilities: Perform all the Personnel tasks for Bel Egypt population relevant to employment, Governmental health & military certificates. Responsible of all personal files for all plant employees and keep accurate records of each employee's history in the company to ensure that all documents relevant to social insurance, labor law, military service authority & health authorities are complying with the law & regulations. Communicate with the authorities about all needed forms for the social insurance organization (Form 1, Form 2 & Form 6 insurance). Working with the labors office to ensure that everything is complying with the Egyptian labor law. Prepare the needed data for payroll preparation such as attendance, overtime, absence, and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis. Support in monthly payroll and all reports relevant to the salaries, Assist in the calculations of all other bonus /Profit Share /Sales commission & incentive calculations. Follow-up on respecting the procedures regarding company assets, security, site inspection‎ and people safety and providing an acceptable service level (hospitality & cleaning of all factory areas, respect of safety rules, and respect of hygiene rules) to provide working conditions that make Bel a great place to work for & insuring of the equity in the different company departments and locations. Support in the execution of the company employees’ benefits (Transportation, Medical, Summer Resorts, Ramadan Bags, Omra & Haj, etc.) by following up, suggesting, and developing strategies that run the benefits in a smooth way and assure benefits effectiveness by conducting evaluation checklists and satisfaction surveys.
