- Creates the product strategy outline, circulates it around the primary stakeholders, fleshes it out with their feedback, and makes it the basis of customer success.

- Works to streamline a product launch by coming up with a product launch strategy and roadmap, implementing CRM, sales, marketing, and project management tools. They also have to assign the appropriate responsibilities to each of the departments involved.
- Train New Staff
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, or any equivalent.- Previous experience in a SaaS company- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business API is preferred - Very good knowledge of omni-channels solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Research and analytical skills - Strategic thinking, delegation and task management skills- Full knowledge of industry trends and new advancements in tech.
