  • Operation and Maintenance:

Ensuring the operation and maintenance of elevators in buildings and administrative buildings.
Monitoring the quality of elevator operation to prevent customer complaints and ensure efficient service.
Following company-approved policies and procedures, while adhering to occupational safety rules and relevant laws.

  • Safety and Emergency Response:

Conducting periodic field visits to monitor the safety systems of elevators and administrative units.
Implementing security instructions in case of emergencies to minimize the risk of malfunctions.
Following up on emergency maintenance of elevators to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Preventive Maintenance and Technical Capacity:

Strengthening the engineering department by ensuring elevators operate with the required technical capacity.
Monitoring and implementing the preventive maintenance plan to minimize malfunctions.

  • Contract and Vendor Management:

Reviewing and approving maintenance contracts related to elevators.
Approving instructions for settling contractor accounts and transferring them to the financial department.
Setting criteria for comparing offers, selecting suitable contractors, and managing the agency's relationship with contractors and consultants.

  • Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Managing quality control processes and setting appropriate standards for elevator maintenance.
    Reviewing contractors' contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon conditions.
    Studying elevator maintenance projects from technical and economic feasibility aspects, and approving them.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:

Preparing the administration's annual budget, work plans, and programs.
Providing periodic and annual reports on department activities, achievements, and proposals for developing work systems.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to management performance.

  • Problem-Solving and Improvement:

Analyzing the causes and circumstances of frequent elevator malfunctions.
Suggesting appropriate measures to avoid malfunctions and reduce complaints.
Participating in meetings with contractors and consultants to ensure smooth progress and adherence to plans.

  • Documentation and Communication:

Maintaining all necessary documents, records, agreements, and correspondence related to elevator operation.
Corresponding and collaborating with relevant departments and fostering positive relationships.


Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field is typically required.
