Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Establish sales targets, quotas, and KPIs, and monitor team progress towards achieving them.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software industry or related field.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
