  • Start and operate the machines, with a full supervision on the foremen and Technicians.
  • Collaborate with Production Engineers to streamline production facilities, lower the frequency of equipment failure and design effective strategies to improve overall site functioning.
  • Hold daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings to review site performance.
  • Conduct regular checks on implemented preventive maintenance measures for all site machinery and equipment.

Skills

  • Must have at least 5 years of work experience with any Caterpillar authorized dealer
  • Experienced in Engine Troubleshooting
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering
