HR Administrator

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

 Required skills & qualifications:Experience in E commerce Business Acts as a trusted partner and advisor to managers and staff globally on all HR matters;Outstanding communication, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization;Ability to work in a collaborative manner and diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutionsPassionate, wants to make a difference in the organizationApproachable and responsive, able to connect with employees at all levelsStrong customer service focusSupportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environmentAbility to diffuse a tense situationApplies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance & confidentialityStrong interest in innovative HR solutions and process improvementUnderstanding of HR concepts and principles with expertise in operations managementDetailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skillsProponent of the segmented HR model, understands the benefitFamiliarity in supporting change management processesTalent to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results - while retaining all informationBias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellenceExcellent knowledge of English and Arabic (verbal and written) is required, an additional language is a plus strong communication skills are criticalThorough working knowledge of MS Office, e. g. solid and sound Excel knowledge
