Customer Care Coordinator

Job Purpose:
Handle all customer operations tasks internally with cross functions for Domestic sales.

Tasks:
• Manage order cycle on system end to end to ensure proper executions.
• Always work on delivering customer orders on time in full quantity seeking customer 
satisfaction.
• Handle all operations with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, warehousing & logistics to 
ensure orders are delivered on time and as requested.
• Manage Quotation, return & maintenance orders process end to end.
• Continuously improving order process to reach high level of maturity & flexibility.
• Tracking open orders and update its status to customers and sales team.
• Handle administration work of Sales orders such as invoices, loading pick slip. etc.
• Review documents cycle to ensure it is complying to Company rules and procedures.
• Generate requested daily & monthly reports, analysis & tracking requested by 
management.
• Receive customer calls, provide the requested information and handling customer 
complaints if any.
• Deliver feedback received from customers and discuss with the concerned parties inside 
the organization.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive 
communication.
