This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to transform the future of finance.ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring continuous innovation and competitive advantage in the Fintech industry.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and technologists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle of our Fintech products and solutions, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.Architecture and Infrastructure: Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable architectures and infrastructure frameworks to support our growing product portfolio and user base, leveraging cloud-native technologies and best practices.Technology Stack Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance our technical capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth, while managing risks and costs effectively.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices to deliver high-quality, compliant software solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Security and Risk Management: Implement robust security measures and risk management practices to safeguard our systems, data, and assets against cyber threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer support, to align technology initiatives with business objectives, foster innovation, and drive customer success.Research and Development: Lead research and development efforts to explore new technologies, trends, and opportunities in the Fintech landscape, anticipating market demands and driving strategic investments in innovation.QualificationsBachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of success in technology leadership roles, with at least 15 years of experience in software development, engineering management, and technology strategy, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry.Strong expertise in architecting, designing, and developing scalable, high-performance software solutions and platforms, utilizing modern programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.Deep knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, containerization, and other relevant technologies, with experience in building and managing cloud-native applications at scale.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a collaborative, matrixed environment.Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, analytical prowess, and business acumen, capable of translating technology trends and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives that deliver measurable business value.Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.Entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset, and a passion for disrupting the status quo, driving change, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in Fintech.BenefitsThis job comes with a very attractive package with set of benefitsSaving PlanSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceAnnual BonusCar PolicyVested Shares
