- Monitor the cash collection or check for the submitted extract and review deductions on the check from (insurance, taxes, fines, etc.) and ensure the value-added tax rate on the contracting, whether it is the supply,
- Make a general daily record, and enter it in the journal at the value of the extract and deductions in the event of deduction .
- Recording the abstract on the American journal and assistants.
- Make settlement adjustments necessary to prove taxes and deductions manually or through a program
- Reducing the customer’s debts by the collection value, proving it to the assistants, and making manual general daily restrictions based on the attached documents from the treasury or bank accountant.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports on the clients position.
- Review customer accounts statements and make endorsements with the customer to regularize the account.
