Office Duties
- Provide receptionist services, answering telephones and general emails.
- Accepting and redirecting visitors/guests and employees
- Provide administrative support; create letters/memos as necessary
HR Duties
- Act as the HR Officer in Egypt, coordinating benefits; insurances; and Coordinate with the group HR team in Dubai; coordinating with new employees and managers; processing SI; and processing employee termination
- Processing visas/ visit visa and coordinate with authorities as necessary
Bachelor degree3 : 10 years of experience as a receptionist/office admin with HR responsibilitiesV.good English languageExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
