Job Description

Set course outcomes and design detailed weekly outlines using textbooks and supplementary material
Prepare communicative, student-centered lesson plans for online or offline classes
Design formative and summative assessments
Prepare the required accreditation material
Record student's grades and attendance on a regular basis
Actively participate in the course and program reflection meetings
Teach in blended, flipped, and face-to-face contexts

Job Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree.
3 to 6 Years of experience
CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or MA in the field of Applied Linguistics
Experience in teaching TWO or more of the following courses: English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP), Rhetoric and Composition, Advanced Scientific Writing, Public Speaking for technical communication
Skillfully addresses differentiation in class
Shows collegial cooperation and effective teamwork
Shows high classroom management skills
Master direct and indirect corrective feedback techniques
Shows patience and respect while addressing problematic students
