What you'll be doing:
As a Retail Specialist, your primary focus will be on coordinating and overseeing all activation activities within retail channels. This role involves strategic planning and execution of in-store promotions, monitoring of product displays, coordination of product launches, and thorough analysis of the impact of activation campaigns. Working in collaboration with the marketing, legal, supply chain, and sales teams is essential to ensure the seamless integration of activation initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on the success of each activation.
Key responsibilities:
1-Supervise the operations and performance of franchise shops, offering support to franchisees and implementing standardized processes.
2-Ensure brand consistency by collaborating closely with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
3-Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster a positive brand image in each location.
4-Analyze sales data to generate insights for enhancing overall sales strategies, including tracking key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing regular reports.
5-Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to implement data-driven improvements, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
6-Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, prevent stockouts, and minimize excess inventory
7-Work on leader list for omnichannel with commercial team for updating and developing the list for all omnichannel.
