As a Tourism Manager at Discovery Tours DMC Egypt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Working full-time from our office in Heliopolis, you will oversee all aspects of tourism operations, from designing tailored tour packages to managing quotations and negotiating rates with vendors.Your responsibilities will include:Designing Tour Packages: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to conceptualize and create captivating tour packages that showcase the best of Egypt's rich cultural heritage and attractions. Tailor itineraries to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.Quotation Management: Prepare detailed quotations for tour packages, taking into account factors such as transportation, accommodation, guided tours, entrance fees, and other relevant expenses. Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in pricing to meet client expectations and company profitability targets.Rate Negotiation: Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, tour guides, and other vendors to negotiate favorable rates and secure contracts for services included in tour packages. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the booking process and during their travel experience. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed expectations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Tourism Marketing: Contribute to the development and implementation of effective tourism marketing strategies to promote our tour packages and attract new clients. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and partnerships with travel agencies, to reach target audiences and drive bookings.Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate logistics and logistics and lead tours when necessary, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
