Job Description:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive and direct them to appropriate person and office. Assign walk-in customers with minimum waiting time to the right party. Maintain accurate records on the daily number of walk-ins and ensure daily reports to the line manager. Handle complaints, and customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines. Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors. Make recommendations for improving the process of receiving walk-in customers to reduce waiting time and increase customer satisfaction. Ensure reception area is tidy, clean and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures) throughout the day. Coordinate with the Janitor to ensure all customers are offered refreshments in the waiting area.Cashier Responsible.Job RequirementsBachelors degree.Excellent Command of English language. (French is plus)Females only.Very Presentable.Excellent Customer Handling Skills.Excellent Microsoft skills.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Professional attitude and appearance.Multitasking and time-management skills.
