• Being able to entering and collect data , Develop & execute customer relationship management .

• Implement technology where appropriate to enhance service delivery and accountability.
• Prepare call statistics, orders closed, orders open, and other reports to encourage accountability and customer service
• Proven work experience as a CRM Director or similar role• Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude• Ability to collaborate well with other customer care team members• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.• Excellent English Language written and spoken • Previous experience in real estate is a must
