Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations according to responsibilities delegated.
- Responsible for overall services provided within the facility in addition to the facility maintenance.
- Responsible for drivers’ working schedules, by distributing and overseeing their working activities to meet associated business needs.
- Handling all related matters to the employee’s transportation company.
- Updating employee information into company database.
- Review employees related documents.
- Plan and coordinate for any external meetings and events.
- Handle employees’ requests and queries in a professional manner and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Responsible for the contracts related to the administrative services.
- Generate monthly reports.
- Responsible for administration invoices preparations.
- Responsible for the revision and allocation of the administrative invoices for the third-party service companies.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mails for Human Resources Department.
- Handling Petty cash.
- Explain company policies and procedures to employees.
- Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics
- Responsible for all attendance cycle and related reporting.
- Prepares the monthly payroll variables.
Bachelor's Degree.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the administration role, preferably on-site job.Intermediate/very good command of English-Speaking & writing.Excellent MS Office skills.Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team/unit.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good knowledge and information in the labor law.Strong computer and time management skills.Basic understanding of the HR role.Giza / October resident is preferred / recommended.
