- Process evaluation by creating, mentoring, and improving through documenting, and reporting quality, environmental, and health and safety standard
- Lead quality initiatives and support projects
- Investigate reports of service quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Create and improve systems to manage company documents.
- Conduct effective internal audits to ensure effectiveness of processes documents are being followed.
- Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.

Proven work experience as a quality assurance or similar role with minimum 2 year. Bachelor's Degree in engineering Knowledge of Six Sigma, Quality Auditor, Quality ImprovementProficient use of MS Office (word-excel-power point-Visio) Ability to document and visualize organization instruction.Ability to communicate with team.
