- Conduct inspections and assessments of existing pipelines to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair actions.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline performance, including pressure, flow rates, and corrosion rates, and implement appropriate measures to optimize performance and prevent failures.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes for welded tube manufacturing, ensuring high-quality output and optimal productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production operators, maintenance technicians, and quality control personnel, to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various production processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Minimum 2 years of experienceProven experience as a production engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the welded tube manufacturing industry or similar.In-depth knowledge of welded tube production processes, including tube forming, welding, sizing, and finishing.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to production equipment and processes.
